What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Lead Sigma’s colleague experience strategy, campaigns, events and roadmap, ensuring activity is aligned to business priorities.
• Design and deliver culture and belonging initiatives that help colleagues feel connected, included and supported.
• Develop recognition programmes and colleague celebrations that drive participation and reinforce Sigma’s culture.
• Create wellbeing campaigns and awareness activity that support colleague health, resilience and engagement.
• Lead Ambassador and Vibe Tribe governance, activation and engagement, ensuring ambassadors are equipped to bring initiatives to life locally.
• Partner with leaders, ambassadors and stakeholders to create colleague experience initiatives that are practical, engaging and measurable.
• Bring creativity, energy and fresh thinking to colleague experience while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and impact.
• Measure campaign, event and programme effectiveness, using insight to continuously improve colleague experience activity.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, belonging and engagement across teams, sites and colleague journeys.
• Build trusted relationships across People, Operations and leadership teams to ensure colleague experience activity delivers meaningful business and colleague impact.
• you will be required to travel and work across our sites in Cape town and Paarl.

💡You're an experienced colleague experience, culture, communications or people professional who knows how to create engaging initiatives that colleagues genuinely value.

At your core, you’re passionate about creating experiences that help colleagues feel connected, recognised and supported. You combine creativity and innovation with strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and delivery capability.

Key measures of success will include eSat score improvement, recognition participation and impact, Vibe Tribe engagement, campaign and event effectiveness, and retention and attendance improvements.

You'll ideally bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within employee engagement, culture, colleague experience, communications or a related People discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale colleague experience initiatives, campaigns and events.
• Experience developing recognition, wellbeing, culture or belonging programmes that drive participation and engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with the confidence to work across leaders, ambassadors and operational teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on delivery and quality.
• Ability to create meaningful colleague experience activity that drives participation, engagement and measurable impact.
• Strong communication, planning and organising skills, with creativity, innovation and a practical approach to execution.
• Experience working with ambassador networks, colleague forums or engagement groups would be advantageous.
• BPO, contact centre or multi-site experience would be advantageous.
