Are you an insight-led colleague experience specialist who knows how to turn feedback, data and sentiment into meaningful action that improves engagement, wellbeing, retention and business performance?

At Sigma, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Colleague Experience Partner (eSat & Insight) to provide visible leadership for our colleague experience agenda, leading eSat insight, ED&I activity through One Me, One Sigma, wellbeing strategy delivery and action planning across the business.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Lead Sigma’s eSat governance approach, ensuring colleague listening activity, insight and action planning are structured, consistent and aligned to business priorities.
• Analyse colleague feedback, sentiment and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
• Translate insight into clear, practical recommendations that support engagement, wellbeing, retention and performance.
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders to challenge constructively, secure leadership buy-in and create accountability for eSat, ED&I and wellbeing action plans.
• Support leaders to build meaningful, measurable action plans that respond to colleague feedback and improve the colleague experience.
• Monitor action plan progress, participation rates and eSat outcomes, highlighting areas that need focus or intervention.
• Lead the delivery of ED&I activity through One Me, One Sigma, influencing stakeholders to embed inclusive practices and create visible leadership accountability.
• Own and lead Sigma’s wellbeing strategy, ensuring wellbeing priorities are translated into practical plans, leader-led interventions and measurable outcomes.
• Design and support engagement, retention and wellbeing interventions that balance colleague needs with commercial priorities.
• Produce colleague insight and sentiment reporting that enables data-led decisions at operational and senior leadership level.
• Measure the impact of colleague experience initiatives and identify where further improvement is needed.
• Build trusted relationships across People, Operations and senior leadership teams to ensure colleague insight drives meaningful business action.

💡You're an experienced colleague experience, employee engagement or organisational development professional who uses insight, influence and evidence to help leaders make better people-focused decisions.

At your core, you’re passionate about creating environments where colleagues feel heard, supported and able to perform at their best. You combine strong data interpretation with relationship building, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder challenge.

Key measures of success will include eSat score improvement, eSat participation rates, action plan completion, retention and attendance improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You'll ideally bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within employee engagement, colleague experience, organisational development or a related field.
• Experience leading engagement surveys, colleague listening activities and action planning cycles.
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify colleague trends and translate insight into meaningful action.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with confidence constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance colleague priorities with operational and business needs.
• Experience measuring the impact of colleague experience, engagement, retention or wellbeing initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building capability across senior leaders, operational teams and People functions.
• Experience operating within a fast-paced operational environment.
• BPO, contact centre or multi-site experience would be advantageous.
