At Sigma Connected, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Talent Consultant to join our in-house recruitment team. Operating like an internal recruitment agency, you'll be responsible for proactively sourcing, headhunting and securing top talent across a range of leadership, specialist and professional services roles.
This is a role for someone who loves the chase, thrives on delivering results and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build networks and uncover talent that isn't actively looking. If you're target-driven, commercially minded and passionate about recruitment, we want to hear from you.

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
✨ Proactively headhunting and sourcing high-quality candidates across a variety of roles
✨ Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✨ Managing multiple live vacancies while delivering against recruitment targets
✨ Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define what great looks like
✨ Conducting candidate screening, interviews and assessments
✨ Creating engaging recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies
✨ Mapping talent markets and identifying passive candidates within key industries
✨ Acting as a brand ambassador for Sigma Connected, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
A bit more about you:
✔️ Previous recruitment agency experience is essential
✔️ A proven track record of delivering against placement, revenue or recruitment targets
✔️ Strong headhunting and direct sourcing experience, particularly through LinkedIn and networking
✔️ Confidence engaging and influencing candidates at all levels
✔️ Experience managing multiple assignments within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
✔️ A resilient, self-motivated and proactive approach
✔️ Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
✔️ Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools
