What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

📞 You are an ambassador for Sigma Connected, I live and breathe our values every day and encourage others to do the same. You will support the onboarding of new starters and new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the business. You will prepare fully for every induction group, including booking resources, coordinating with operational leaders, and reviewing all training content. You will deliver engaging, effective induction training and ongoing development sessions. You will conduct needs analyses for both new hires and existing employees to understand learning gaps and training requirements. You will manage the full training cycle, applying the principles of the Kirkpatrick Model. You will focus on building essential skills such as communication, problem‑solving, and customer service excellence. You will review and update training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with current processes.

 

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders to create best in class training solutions. You will manage classroom dynamics to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment. You will address learner concerns, issues, or disruptions promptly and professionally. You will adhere to training policies, SOPs, and client‑specific processes to ensure consistency and compliance. You will maintain accurate training records, including attendance, competency data, assessments, and admin documentation. You will monitor learner behaviour and progress throughout training, escalating concerns where appropriate. You will provide coaching and feedback to support agent development and close identified skills gaps. You will measure the effectiveness of training through assessments, observation, and feedback. You will track and report on learner progress toward competency and performance benchmarks.

 

You will continuously improve delivery methods and learning experiences by adopting new ideas and methodologies. You will support fellow trainers by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and contributing to collective upskilling. You will attend internal and client project meetings and support wider L&D initiatives as required. You will complete all administrative tasks accurately, ensuring system updates, compliance requirements, and onboarding processes are always followed. You will strive for excellence by communicating clearly, demonstrating strong subject knowledge, and maintaining high training room standards.

You will regularly refine training content and delivery methods to keep materials relevant, effective, and aligned with best practices. You will be supporting learners in developing skills while also evolving the training framework to meet changing business requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • You have 2 – 3 years’ experience in training delivery (Essential).
  • You have training experience within the BPO sector (Desirable).
  • You have experience in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning environment (Essential).
  • You can review training material using structured learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) (Desirable).
  • You have strong organisational, planning, and time management‑ skills.
  • You can analyse data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify gaps.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management‑ abilities, both internally and externally.
  • You can work independently to meet deadlines as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • You can travel to client offices and training locations when required.
  • You are confident in presenting, facilitating, and managing different learner personalities and behaviours.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with eLearning‑ platforms and digital learning tools.
  • You are committed to your own learning, development, and continuous improvement.
