What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

As our Core Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programmes that support onboarding, employee development, and operational performance. You will work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure learners achieve the required competency levels and are fully equipped to succeed in their roles.

You'll:

• Support the onboarding of new employees and new client programmes, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
• Prepare and facilitate engaging induction and development training sessions.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
• Manage the full training cycle and measure training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback.
• Review, update, and improve training content to ensure relevance and alignment with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders to develop best-in-class learning solutions.
• Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and developmental feedback where required.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, attendance registers, and compliance documentation.
• Track learner performance against competency and operational benchmarks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in internal projects and wider Learning & Development initiatives as required.
• Ensure all training administration and system updates are completed accurately and on time.

Who We're Looking For:

A Core Trainer who is passionate about developing people, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and driving performance through effective training. You are confident presenting to groups, skilled at managing diverse learner personalities, and committed to creating an environment where individuals can thrive.

You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, adapting training approaches to meet business needs, and continuously improving learning solutions. You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and driven by helping others achieve success.

You'll Ideally Bring:

• 2 - 3 years' experience in training delivery.
• Experience within a BPO environment (preferred).
• Experience managing classroom dynamics and creating positive learning environments.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyse training data and performance metrics to identify development needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Confidence facilitating training to groups with varying learning styles and experience levels.
• Experience reviewing and developing training material using structured learning methodologies such as ADDIE (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Commitment to continuous learning, personal development, and professional growth.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
