Performance Analyst

As the Performance Analyst, you will work closely with the Business to help understand performance data and provide insight. You will support continuous improvements in all aspects within the business, as well as identify patterns, trends, and potential issues, offering data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance. You will report directly to the Performance Analyst Team Manager.

📈You will be working within our Analytics team to gather and analyze relevant data to support business operations and drive decision-making. You will be responsible for designing and building dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions, which will support the day-to-day management of Campaigns.

You will work with stakeholders to spot patterns and trends, highlight issues, and make recommendations for improvements based on these. You will confidently use various tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce complex dashboards and reports, but always ensure they are easy to use and understand. You present data-driven insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management in both one-on-one and group settings.

💡You have the natural ability to stay ahead of trends and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. You can leverage a combination of technical expertise, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

You continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve data management to enhance efficiency across the business. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you can identify patterns, trends, and potential issues, offering actionable recommendations that drive operational improvements. You will confidently use tools such as Power BI, Excel, & O365 interconnected programs, to create reports and dashboards that are both complex and easy to understand.

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role
• You have experience in reporting and dashboard development and tending of a Data Analyst function and role.
• You can demonstrate a ability to scope data/ report projects along the Project Management framework.
• You have Power BI Experience
• You have effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft interconnected O365 programs. 
• You have proven experience in presenting to Senior Management.
• You have experience in running workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements.
• You can work closely with key operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver impactful data solution
• You are adaptable and can research and understand various industry concepts, designs, measurements and targets.
