Implementation and Change Manager

As an Implementation and Change Manager, you will play an integral part in the successful implementation of Sigma and client change, as well as manage the implementation of new clients across our various sites. You will provide support to existing clients and operations in delivery of major change or new work types. You will lead on projects, support colleagues and provide solutions to challenges. You will report directly to the Head of Implementation and Change.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

📚 You are an ambassador for Sigma Connected, you live and breathe our values every day and inspire others to do the same. You will support the Head of Implementation in collating a set of weekly progress reports and highlight actions and risks that need urgent attention to maintain progress of implementation. You will work closely with operations and the support functions, as well as document Operating Manuals for each new client/work type and handover to Operations from there.

You will be accountable for the delivery of Client/Business implementation & Change across the business, by working with our clients, the Directors and Heads of Function through a hands-on approach to ensure we achieve their project goals. You will manage the completion of documentation for all projects within the business using the project management framework. You will also build exceptionally strong relationships with stakeholders and clients and act as the POC for all things whilst working on these projects. You will also clearly identify success criteria for projects to ensure the end product is acceptable for the end user/client/purpose, as well as document and manage the exit process for any clients who no longer require our service when required.

You will also ensure that projects are managed within the constraints identified within project initiation documentation or onboarding forms i.e. on time and within budget.

You ensure project aims and technical requirements are fully understood through active listening and clear documentation. You confidently lead post‑implementation reviews, engage with clients and stakeholders to build strong business cases, and chair meetings to resolve issues and drive progress. Even when plans shift, you work collaboratively to get projects back on track.

Client satisfaction guides your approach, and you are willing to support client events outside normal working hours when needed. You always deliver with impeccable professionalism, dedication, and care.

Requirements:

• You have experience in Project Management within a structured controlled environment such as PRINCE2 (Essential)
• You hold a Business degree or an equivalent qualification relevant to this role (Desirable)
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a call center/BPO environment 
• You have 2 years of Leadership experience (Desirable)
• You have good knowledge of the utilities, finance and insurance sectors
• You thrive under pressure and can prioritise my work well
• You demonstrate the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• You have strong relationship building skills and have demonstrated this within previous roles
• You have excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
