A bit more about the Opportunity...

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

 

You’ll be working from offices based in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. This campaign is seeking dedicated Out-of-Hours (OOH) agents to manage lost, stolen, and fraud-related queries during overnight hours. Handling sensitive customer queries related to fraudulent activity, lost or stolen cards, and account security. Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support via digital channels. Escalate cases appropriately and maintain detailed records.This is a critical support function requiring strong commitment, clear communication, and the ability to work independently during 12-hour graveyard shifts.

 

Alongside, the successful applicant will be required to respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines, scripts and systems.

 

With frequent calls, the pace is quick, ensuring a dynamic day assisting numerous people daily. You will work towards team goals.

 

Full training and ongoing coaching are provided throughout your career. While prior knowledge is not expected, you will need to have a willingness to learn and a drive to excel. If you possess these qualities, you are going to thrive here!

Requirements:

  • Minimum Passed Grade 12 qualification
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO environment
  • Prior experience in Lost, Stolen, or Fraud departments is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to work OOH shifts(graveyard) with consistency and reliability
  • Excellent verbal articulation and written communication skills
