Change Manager
As a Change Manager you will be integral to the successful implementation of any business and client change. As well as being an organised, forward thinking, strategic manager, you will manage the implementation of change into any Sigma site and provide support to existing clients and operations in delivery of major change. You will lead on projects, support colleagues and provide solutions to challenges. You play a key role within the business; You are approachable, and you embrace change.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
📞 You are an ambassador for Sigma Connected, you live and breathe our values every day and inspire others to do the same. You will be accountable for the delivery of Client/Business Change across the business, by working with our clients, the Directors and Heads of Function through a hands-on approach to ensure we achieve their project goals. You are very well organised and manage completion of documentation for all change projects within the business using the project management framework. You build exceptionally strong relationships with stakeholders and clients and act as the POC for all things whilst working on the change project. You have a passion for continuous improvement through the implementation phase both internally and externally. You will ensure the aims and technical aspects of any change are fully understood and documented by being an active listener. You will support with Impact assessment completion through to the approve/reject stage. You will support the change requester with completion of the change control request. You will clearly identify success criteria for projects to ensure the end product is acceptable for the end user/client/purpose.
You will effectively manage all post change implementation reviews and outputs thereof. You enjoy liaising with clients and stakeholders to develop business cases to support change projects. You are confident at chairing meetings both internally and externally to engage all stakeholders, identify and resolve issues and manage progress of change. Problem solving is a passion and you Identify, assess and manage any risks associated to the change (including budget, resourcing and completion time) ensuring deviations are highlighted as and when necessary to the Head of Implementation & Change. You support the Head of Implementation & Change in collating a set of weekly highlight reports with progress and highlight actions and risks that need urgent attention to maintain progress of the change project. You will ensure projects are managed within the constraints identified within project initiation documentation or change request i.e. on time and within budget. You understand things don’t always go to plan, but you will work with stakeholders to get things back on track. Client satisfaction is key, and you are happy to attend events and activities with clients outside of my normal working hours, when required. You will support Operations with the early lifecycle of the change.
