Colleague Experience Partner

We are looking for a Colleague Experience Partner to support the Head of Colleague Experience in the delivery of key projects linked to colleague experience. To partner with stakeholders across the business, both operational and back office, to support them in driving a positive colleague experience in their area. To use data and organisational skills to ensure that projects maintain strong traction and that risks of delivery are called out and addressed when realised.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

💻 You will be an ambassador for Sigma Connected, live, and breathe our values every day and inspire others to do the same. You will support the Head of Colleague experience in the successful delivery of key projects linked to our strategy. You will be passionate about DI&E and help to drive our One Me, One Sigma program in SA.

You will come up with new ideas for projects and initiatives that will influence positivity and a great colleague experience. You will identify new opportunities to incorporate into our employee benefits package, both as core benefits and voluntary options, ensuring our offerings are of the utmost quality. You will collaborate with our charitable partners to facilitate educational events regarding national events, along with organising webinars and fundraising activities. You will develop and maintain project plans to ensure all elements, both your own, your team's, and other stakeholders’ responsibilities and actions are delivered, and that appropriate people are engaged to deliver against the objective, on time.

You will work with the wider colleague experience team to ensure that strategies and activities are fit for purpose, and where output is not being seen that you will support a review of activity to help ensure all undertaken has a high impact. You will be continuously learning, looking at industry trends, and the impact our own activity has. You will support the effective delivery of internal communication programs, both internal and external. You will build and nurture exceptional relationships with internal stakeholders to aid in the delivery of our department’s strategic objectives. You will proactively ensure local needs and circumstances are taken into consideration in the delivery of any overarching Group strategy.

🤩 You will have at least 2 years’ experience in the BPO sector within an engagement role or at Team Leader level. You have proven experience in delivering projects successfully and within the required timeframe. You can develop strong relationships within the business, communicating appropriately with internal stakeholders and maximizing employee engagement. You are an open-minded person and love working with people from various walks of life. You are a resilient self-starter. You are motivated & passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative flare. You understand Employee Wellness and the effective implementation of such initiatives. You have a creative flair and a passion for employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion. You are an out-of-the-box thinker with a collaborative approach. You are a creative and confident individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• You have excellent verbal & communication skills.
• 2 years of experience within a BPO environment in an engagement role.
• 12 months of experience using visual editing tools
• Creativity: in fun and engaging activities, events and communications. 
• Relationship-building: can build great repour and relationships with many different stakeholders. 
• Organizing: great organizational skills. Excellent with time and task management skills.
