What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

๐Ÿ“ž You’ll be working from offices based in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. This campaign deals with inbound & outbound collections as well as various back-office pieces and general enquiries. Alongside, the successful applicant will be required to respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines, scripts and systems. All customer contacts should be dealt with efficiently, meeting or exceeding the expectations of the company. You’ll be reporting into a Team Manager, most of which will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are in the best placed position to support you. You will be working towards various Key Performance Indicators and have individual and team targets to aim for.

With a minimum of a Grade 12/Matric qualification and at least 12 months of collections experience within a BPO/UK contact center environment, you bring both expertise and dedication to your role. Your forward-thinking attitude and drive to excel are evident in your ability to identify customers who require financial support, ensuring that appropriate signposting is provided to achieve positive customer outcomes that align with client requirements. Your experience in an international customer service or financial contact center environment has equipped you with the skills to genuinely assist people with their issues, supported by your strong listening skills, effective communication, and empathy. You approach interactions with confidence, adeptly resolving customer queries and disputes. Your inquisitive nature and satisfaction in resolving issues demonstrate your commitment to problem-solving. Embracing change, you are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. As you work towards KPIs, you welcome feedback and maintain a positive mindset. Although full training and ongoing coaching are provided, your willingness to learn and ambition to excel are highly valued attributes.
